AVAD CENTRAL Return and Repair Request Policy


  • AVAD provides credit to your account for returns of new, unopened products only, within 30 days of purchase.
  • Custom items and special order are not returnable
  • Requests for return of defective items are subject to the policies of manufacturing vendors. After we have obtained vendor instructions regarding a defective item, a Return Authorization or Repair Order and instructions will be sent to you
  • Due to the recent policy changes from several of our video manufacturers, we will no longer be issuing RA's for defective video product from the following brands. All television, projectors, DVD products from the below companies will be sold as "factory service only". No RA's will be issued for credit or exchange by AVAD CENTRAL, regardless of the purchase date.
